Illustrator and manga artist born in Kyoto in 1969. Moto started as a freelance illustrator in 1990, and later also debuted as a manga artist. In 2014 he launched Rhion Records, a record label specializing in 7-inch EPs. His major publications include the comics “Tanoshii jinsei (kanzenban)” [Enjoyable Life (complete edition)] (SeirinKogeisha), “Recosuke-kun” (Music Magazine), “Wild Mountain” (Shogakkan), “Arnold” (Kawade Shobo Shinsha) and “Magical Mushroom-san” (Eastpress). Member of Tokyo Illustrators Society.
